Roe Deer on the Edge
In the National Nature Park Thy, a vast protected area in Northwest Jutland, at the edge of the last sand dune before the sea, I came across this lone roe deer slighty above me walking along the West Coast in the evening breeze at sunset. Sand was blowing into my face and my camera, yet the photo came out so calm.
Red Deer Running
The red deer are the largest wild animals living in Denmark. In autumn the huge stags roar like bears in the forest, chasing the females and attacking any males that may be so bold as to get too close to his pack if his enormous antlers didn't do the trick to scare the intruder away. I wanted to include the whole scene in this photo, the warm sunset light, the leafs and the beautiful trees in the landscape. When they are running like this, their hooves sound like thunder in the horizon.
Horse in the Sunset
A beautiful icelandic horse walking calmly in the sunset. Dollerup Hills in Jutland, Denmark, have a huge part of the hills where the horses can run all over just as if they were in the wild, and it is amazing to experience these majestic animals being as they are in the their true nature.
Deer in the snow
On december the 23rd it snowed in Denmark. I went for a long pre-christmas walk to get in the mood, and found this deer on the way. For me it gives some Christmas card vibes
Colorful Butterfly during Summertime
In the summer of 2020 I went for a trip around Denmark. I went to Kaas Brinketfabrik to shoot some Aboned Places photo. Outside there was a lot of green area which hasn't been touched for a while which meant a lot of butterflies were flying around

Caught during the summer of 2020. It was hard to get close to this blue butterfly, but I had a vision to get a picture of this butterfly where the rest would be black and white to really highlight the beautiful vibrant blue of this butterfly.

The cormorant is a special-looking bird. At first glance, the bird seems clumsy and ugly. But when you get close their true beauty shines. The cormorant has the most amazing details and some really special eyes.
Blue dimond
The kingfisher is one of the most beautiful birds, in my opinion. It's extremely fast and have incredible precision when hunting. This common kingfisher is from my local area in Nyborg (Denmark).

Eye Contact
I was walking slowly and silently in a forest by a small stream when suddenly I looked on the other side of the stream and noticed this young roe deer drinking. I was so close that I had to be very careful when I took my camera and turned it on. The sound made its ears turn towards me and it looked up. I took this photo, and at the sound of the shutter it was scared and ran away. I was left with this visual memory of a wonderful encounter.

As I spotted these highlanders there were absolutely no fog at all, but in the distance I could spot the fog rolling in from the hills and in a matter of minutes the fog rolled in, and it gave the scene a whole other perspective of moodness.

Persian Beauty
This is shot from a distance of aprxm 10 cm. Original pic is full face, and this cat appeared friendly, but with the cropping, she turned into some kind of an angry monster. I followed the rule of camera distance at least 10 X from the depth of the motive in portraits. Because this specie’s flat face differs within just 1 cm, there’s no distorsion of the nose.

When I still lived in Herning, I often went for a walk to Knusmosen, where cow were often grazing . Out in the I saw this beautiful red highland bull. when i began to take pictures the bull looked at me and we had this magical moment together.

Honey Buzzard Overfly
I was out in the forest walking when out of the croner of my eye I saw what I thought to be a common buzzard, but quickly I realized that this was no common bird at all - it was the very rare honey buzzard with its beautiful markings. It overflew me in rather large circles, and through the trees I tried to get a photo, but every time it showed up in a hole in the leaves I missed my focus. Finally, in this photo, I got it in perfect focus and composition.
Red Deer Stag
The sun had set and I was about to leave the forest, but there was still a small amount of light in the sky, and the red deer stag, the largest wild animal in Denmark, was roaring like a bear, so I sneaked up through the forest, and when I got a glimpse of him through the leaves and the tree trunks I took this photo.
Grey Heron Teenager
This teenage grey heron had a very nice hairdue this morning. It was standing by the lake, frozen like a statue, looking for fish and frogs to eat, while the wind blew.

Bull of the Sky
About a year ago I was asked to take some pictures of the exclusive apartment complex "Herning Sky", Designed by the architect firm "Arkitec" . this is one of the pictures I took. After taking some pictures of the buildings from up close, I went for a walk. I went out in the swamps that lie behind the buildings and saw this beautiful red highland bull. I placed my self so the bull would be in front of the apartment complex. when i began to take pictures the bull looked at me and we had this magical moment together. this was the picture that the apartment owners liked the most
